Cancellations/Scheduling
We have a cancellation policy that requires at least a 24-hour notice. Please call the salon's main number 203-783-1117 and leave us a message so we can accommodate someone else on our waiting list. We will call you promptly to reschedule. Last-minute cancellations like that day, just before your scheduled time, and no-shows will be subjected to a fee. Fees are calculated by a percentage of the services in question. It is lost income for the stylist and salon because that time cannot be rebooked due to those who don't show or cancel without proper notice. If guests are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and reschedule. There is a small charge for late arrivals too because we value the next person's appointment at its full time allowed.
Deposits
We will ask you for your credit card to secure your appointment time if you are booking a lengthy service or booking online. We are compliant by law every year for credit card usage.
Refunds
There are no cash refunds at all in the service business. We have a 7day policy for hair that might need to be shorter or a color adjustment. These adjustments are carefully consulted with the guest before we proceed. If the guest asks for more or extra, we will need to charge for the extra services. If a product is damaged, we will replace it. If a product is used, we cannot replace it. Any promotions cannot be combined and limiting one per guest
New clients are asked to fill out a client/release form which we keep on record of allergies, issues with their hair, and basic information on medications that could affect the hair. Our little guests are always welcome, but we do ask, if they are under the age of 5 years old, please have someone accompany you to watch your little one while you are getting your services done. Salons have chemicals and equipment that are not kid-friendly! Safety is a priority!
