Cancellations/Scheduling
We have a cancellation policy that requires at least a 24 hour notice. Please call the salon and leave a message so we can reschedule for someone on a waiting list. Do not text, or message us on facebook to cancel. Listening to our messages is always done first upon arrival. Last minute cancellations, and no shows will be charged a fee for that time booked. It is lost income for the stylist and the salon. Guests also have the option to book their appointments on our Website or on our facebook business page, The Hair Spa. If the guest is 15 mins late or more, we reserve the right to reschedule that appointment so the next guest can receive their services as scheduled.
Deposits
When booking your appointments whether it be online, or with our receptionist, we ask for a valid credit card to hold your appointments. We cannot see or retrieve any of the information at all on the credit card. It is totally protected by state of the art software. Deposits are also required for bridal, and special event bookings.
Refunds
There are no cash refunds at all. We have a 7 day policy for hair that needs to be shorter, or a color adjustment. These adjustments are carefully consulted with the guest before we proceed. If the guest wants “extra” or “more”, charges will apply and for the blow dry finish which is a service also. If a product is damaged, we will replace it. If the product is used, we cannot replace it.
Promotions cannot be combined; limiting one per guest.
New clients fill out a client/release form which we keep on record of allergies, issues with their hair, and basic information on medications that could affect a chemical service.
Our little guests are always welcome, but we do ask, if they are under the age of 5 years old, please have someone accompany you to watch and entertain your little one while you are getting your services done. Salons have chemicals and equipment that is not kid friendly! Safety is a priority.
The Hair Spa is a very relaxing and inviting salon that respects and strives to make the guest always our number one priority!
